Daniela Fortuna is a Portuguese independent animator, currently working on her first animated documentary short film. After her graduation in New Media Art (Traditional Animation) from the Faculty of Fine Arts, University of Lisbon she started to work on different animation projects for film production companies. Her work has been selected for several national and international film festivals and exhibitions. Studied Audio Production at Academia Gerador and Interferência (Association of Intervention in Artistic Practice). While her approach is mainly drawing, she has also been working more recently with sound.
